Our five day retreat on the Isle of Coll in the Inner Hebrides of Scotland, stills your mind giving you space away from your hectic world to explore the trueness of you.

Its tranquil setting feels as though it has been specially created as a space where you can recharge, rediscover and redefine ‘you’.

Our retreats enable you to realise your needs as a human being, connect with your inner values and uncover and confront thoughts and obstacles that are holding you back from being all you can be.

During our time together, you will rediscover yourself, be renewed and re energised, and have a strong sense of purpose and passion for your future.

 The retreat includes personal coaching during our time together and a session within a month after you’ve returned home.

The Isle of Coll has many stunning beaches and each afternoon you will have space to simply ‘be’ giving you time to reflect on all your discoveries.

Our retreats are held at our home, Arrol House, with accommodation, dinner and breakfast provided at the Coll Hotel.

Arrol House has been chosen for its open and collaborative spaces, and the Coll Hotel for its warm and friendly atmosphere.

Our work is done individually and in small groups as we believe we all have something to contribute to one another no matter how small we believe that to be.

Although I believe in a creator God our retreats are not focused on any religion. We focus on the heart and soul of the individual and the power we all have within us.

Welcome drinks at Arrol House and introduction late afternoon

Coll Hotel for dinner

MORNING

Pick up for Arrol House after breakfast to start Session One during which time we have coffee breaks and home made cakes.

During this session you will learn your needs as a human being and the behaviours you and others use to meet them.

Within this session we will be working together as a group and in pairs sharing and learning from each other.

LUNCH

Light lunch is served around midday.

AFTERNOON

Our afternoon session is a continuation of the morning and we will break around mid afternoon for ‘you’ time.

Coaching sessions are also available in the afternoon.

Early drinks and canapes are served before dinner as we gather together around the log burning stove and share what the day gave each of us.

EVENING

Dinner at Coll Hotel.

MORNING

Pick up for Arrol House after breakfast to start Session Two.

During this session you will learn more about what you value, working in pairs to discover the truth of what is most important to you.

LUNCH

Light lunch is served around midday.

AFTERNOON

Afternoon ‘you’ time as you think about what changes you may want to make in life.
Coaching sessions are also available in the afternoon.

Early drinks and canapes are served before dinner and a time of sharing.

EVENING

Dinner at Coll Hotel.

MORNING

Pick up for Arrol House after breakfast to start Session Three.

During this session you will learn more about what you believe about yourself. This exercise is done individually.

LUNCH

Light lunch is served around midday.

AFTERNOON

Afternoon open session for those that wish to share with ‘you’ time towards the end.
Coaching sessions are also available in the afternoon.

Early drinks and canapes are served before dinner and a time of sharing.

EVENING

Dinner at Coll Hotel.

Pick up for Arrol House after breakfast to start Session Four.

This session is probably the most labour intensive but the most insightful as you start to discover what makes you, you. This session is modelled within the group and then work is done individually.

LUNCH

Light lunch is served around midday.

AFTERNOON

Our session continues in the afternoon with a small amount of ‘you’ time towards the end.
Coaching sessions are also available in the afternoon.

Early drinks and canapes are served before dinner and a time of sharing.

EVENING

Dinner at Coll Hotel.

Pick up for Arrol House after an earlier breakfast to start Session Five.

This session is all about gathering up all we’ve learnt with open discussions about what will change as we go into our future.
